• We use high-tech automated system for management of translation projects – Online Translations.
• Each client is given their own account with unique username and password for 24/7 access to the system.
• Each client has access only to their own projects, tasks and attachments.
• A translator or a team of translators are assigned to each client, depending on their specific needs.
• We select the translators extremely carefully.
• Each member of our staff has their own unique username and password for access to the system.
• Each translator has access only to the projects, tasks and attachments they are translating.
• Each member of our staff signs a non-disclosure agreement, where he agrees to hold confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets in trust and confidence and agrees that it shall be used only for the purposes of translation, shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party.
• All projects, tasks, notes, attachments are stored in a database on a reliable and secure company server.
